Attuned, relational therapist // making room for life’s losses, shifts, and being human.
Welcome
I help people facing life changes, burnout, and emotional overwhelm create a life that feels manageable and fulfilling.
Together, we create space to navigate uncertainty, work with the hard parts, and find meaning in a way that feels aligned and rooted in what matters most to you.
Hi. I'm glad you're here.
I’m Chelsea (she/her), I’m a reflective and supportive kind of therapist, a morning coffee devotee, animal & nature enthusiast, and a firm believer that therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale fully, feel genuinely supported, and be yourself.
I specialize in working with adults, young adults, and teens to navigate the harder parts of life including grief & loss, big life transitions (whether expected or not), anxiety, depression, or that sense of inner disconnection that can be kind of hard to name.
My clients often feel overwhelmed by change, exhausted from holding everything together, or unsure how to cope with everything that life is throwing at them.
How I Support You
Beginning with Awareness

We’ll begin by building a space together where you can feel safe enough to slow down and explore what’s showing up for you right now. Over time, we’ll work side by side to make sense of the emotional and behavioral patterns that might be getting in the way of what you need or want.
Throughout this process, I hold you as the expert of your own experiences. I’ll approach our work with genuine curiosity and without judgment, and will encourage you to practice the same. Together, we’ll start connecting the dots, noticing things you may not have seen before, and making sense of your experiences in a whole new way.
Changing Patterns & Leaning Into What Matters

Once we start to see what isn’t serving you, we’ll begin to gently shift it.
We’ll break things down into small, manageable steps, using strategies that honor your preferences, your needs, and the reality of the life you live. Sometimes that means exploring new ways of thinking about old beliefs. Sometimes it’s leaning into support systems you already have. And sometimes, it’s imagining entirely new ways of existing in the world.
Always, it’s about tailoring support to you and moving at a pace that feels steady, meaningful, and right for where you are.
Rebuilding a Life That Feels Like Home

As you start to feel lighter and more grounded, we’ll keep checking in to make sure therapy is still serving you in the ways you need.

Some people stay for a season, some for a shorter time and some for longer. The goal is always to help you build a life that feels more aligned and true to who you are, so that when you are ready, you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence, carrying what we have worked on together into the rest of your life.
