Let's Connect!
Before starting therapy, we’ll have a brief, confidential phone call to explore your hopes for the process and see if working together feels like a good fit. If we determine that another provider or type of service may better support your needs, I will be happy to offer some local referrals.
Contact me today to schedule your 20-minute phone consult. You are welcome to reach out directly to my phone or email – or book directly online.
Not a fan of phone calls? You can let me know. Mention this in your email or in the message section when booking online, and I’ll offer a few confidential alternatives so we can connect in a way that feels most comfortable for you.

To protect your privacy, I do not use text messaging to communicate with new clients. For details about how I handle communication, including texting, please read my communication policy below.

Good Faith Estimate
You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act, explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call Chelsea Fenton, LMFT at 415-741-1148.
